In 1998, then, Rochester Upon Medway Council have taken a keen interest in improving facilities on the estate. There was an old MOD building, which Council had decided to purchase with a view to set it up as the Community Centre.
In April 1999 the building was ours!
Well, now, Medway Council actually own the building and pays for the upkeep but the residents have taken the ownership of what is happening there. The Committee was elected to run the Centre and we never looked back since.
The Committee is working very closely with CCP, as this group is the "bread winner" and if funds through SRB5, most of major projects within the Centre.

The sessions are held on Tuesday's and Thursday's during school terms.
